Groups & Ceremonies

Working with the power of the collective field

Some processes require more than words. They demand for space, rhythm and presence. In my ceremonies and group sessions, we work with exchange, breath, movement, voice, rituals and silence to open what often remains closed individually. The group serves as a mirror and support system. What one person releases also touches and liberates the other. In that shared experience, healing and movement arise that you cannot access on your own. You don't have to prove or understand anything, just be present with what is, so you can once again connect with your core.

Thema's

Below you will find a number of themes that I work on.

They provide an overview of my way of working and the issues I supervise. If this is recognisable, I would be happy to work with you to find out what I can do for you.

Breath ceremonies

In a group, towards freedom and deeper awareness

Through conscious, connected breathing, you make contact with layers that often remain undiscovered in daily life. What arises is allowed to simply be there: tension, sadness, strength, images, memories, silence. The breath brings it all to the surface. In a safe setting with careful guidance, you let go of what no longer serves you. You don't have to understand anything. Your body knows what it's doing.

Active meditation and expression

First expression, then meditation

Not everyone meditates by sitting still. Sometimes your system calls for movement, sound and expression. In these sessions, I use techniques from, among others, bioenergetics, movement, voice work and dance. Your body is given the space to express what it has been holding for so long.

Rituals and Spiritual Work

Ritual as the bridge between the visible and the invisible.

When words fail, rituals can help mark, transform, or process something. Such as loss, transitions, forgiveness, celebration, or rebirth. We are looking for inspiration from a deeper dimension. We enter a wider field of awareness.

Reconnection retreats

A journey to remember who you are.

During an intensive journey, we take a trip together within a caring environment.
We use meditation, breath, constellations, movement, silence, exchange, ritual and connection with nature.

Sharing this experience with others makes it doubly powerful.

Afterwards, it feels as if something you've been carrying around with you all this time, without even realising it, has been cleaned up. You experience a moment of flow, a deeper state of consciousness that you will carry with you for a long time.

We work with rhythm, breath, sound, silence and flow. What starts as a physical release leads to inner liberation. After all, you can only truly surrender to silence once you have released the tension.

No performance, no show. Just the truth about the body in motion. Because the body never lies.

We are looking for inspiration from a deeper dimension. We enter a wider field of awareness.

In these sessions, I work with symbolism, energy, silence and guided meditation, both Individually and collectively.

I'm using contemporary versions of ancient spiritual traditions. You don't have to believe in anything. You just need to come with an open heart. The rest will follow naturally.

After a spiritual recharge in a group, you can once again embody strength and love in your daily environment.

Reconnection retreats

A journey to remember who you are.

During an intensive journey, we take a trip together within a caring environment.
We use meditation, breath, constellations, movement, silence, exchange, ritual and connection with nature.

What you let go of is your old armor. What you rediscover is your strength, your peace and your essence.

These retreats are designed to reconnect with yourself. So you can move forward, recharged and refreshed.

We work respectfully and in small groups. There is ample room for inner processing. We let the process do its work, trusting the healing energy that arises within in the group.

Without haste but authentic.

Testimonials

They have already dived into the undercurrent:

What I love about Jan's approach to his group sessions is simplicity and calm. No need to perform. What comes comes. In any case, this makes the sessions incredibly effective for me.

When I started this retreat, I had the intention to go back home as my own, better me/self” By forming a safe, open atmosphere, you created a place where there was a place to work with my demons/traumas. Under your expert guidance, little by little ballast that I had been carrying around for years was removed. The variety of lightness and fun made me spend 4 happy days.
